Is this compatible with my car?
MaxiCharger works with all electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles.
How do I adjust the max charge current via the app?
Update the app to the newest version and make sure that your mobile phone is connected to the internet. Then connect the app to the EV charger through Bluetooth. Tap "Me" > "My Charger" and adjust the "Max Charge Current" to 50A.
What wire gauge is used in the charging cable?
The specification of this EV charging cable is 9AWG.
How do I obtain and use a RFID card?
This Autel ev charger comes with a plug-and-charge setting from the manufacturer and does not include a RFID card. You can purchase our RFID cards and bind them to Autel Charge app, then you can use RFID cards to charge the electric vehicle.
Is the entire unit UL rated?
Autel MaxiCharger Home is CSA certified and conformity to UL 2594, UL 2231-1 and UL 2231-2.
